ultrasonic device sonic,Ultrasonic device for algae extermination in,Ultrasonic Algae Control   Working principle

Principle of Operation

“Cavitation effect” will happen if ultra-sonic energy is transmitted in liquid or water.
The ultra-sonic wave device system releases ultra sonic wave, which creates a sudden hotpot, with high temperature and high pressure, after a series of power cycle, like oscillation, expansion, compression and collapse. Several seconds later, the hotpot cooled instantly, with a strong shock wave, which generates an extreme physical environment for organism and alga. Alga’s cell membrane broke down at this specific frequency of ultra-sonic wave, and finally decline and disappear.

Benefits

  • Scientifically proven effectiveness against all types of algae: existing algae die within a few weeks
  • Environmentally friendly, no more algae agents or chemicals
  • Low energy consumption due to advanced technology
  • The devices are maintenance-free, high quality and have a service life of more than 10 years
  • More free time due to less maintenance

Documented case studies for semi-natural water objects:

• Fountain pond with boulder

• Event show pond
• Swimming lake

Due to the solar exposure, nutrients and warm temperatures, the most active photosynthesis, algae production, takes place in the upper water layer. In this layer the main signal of the click tones is sent, preventing algae from growing further. The resonance vibrations damage the cell walls and hollow bodies of the algae cell and the cell contents escape. The cell walls of the empty algae sink to the ground and are broken down by the present bacteria. The permanent use of the effective clicks prevents new algae from forming while existing algae die off. All native algae species in natural waters can thus be treated in an environment-friendly manner: Floating algae within 1 week, green algae, blue-green algae within 3-4 weeks and tough thread algae in up to 8 weeks. Ultrasound can be produced with different intensities that can have varying effects on biological cells. High power ultrasound creates cavitation of micro bubbles forming around the the ultrasonic output device (transducer) by producing very high intensities. The very quick collapse of bubbles in water triggered by the ultrasound is called acoustic cavitation. This ends in fast cell death as a result of the high temperatures (>5000K) and pressures (>MPa). Power ultrasound frequency in the 20 - 100 kHz range is used mainly in sonochemistry. Low power ultrasound produces no cavitation effect. Similar to the clicks of sperm whales, the ultrasound acoustic system produces specific ultrasonic sound tones. These tones produce critical resonance frequencies on its own natural frequency of cell membranes, such as algae gas vesicles, vacuoles, plasmalemma cells. These clicks cause disruption of the algae cell membranes, which results in them breaking or tearing. Depending on the algae species, the rupture can take up to several days or months. The algae are brought to their life end by loss of critical life functions, such as plasmalemma. In ponds and lakes, low power frequency in the 20 - 200 kHz range are used.

Technical data

1.Power supply/signal generator, Output power:5-200W,Frequency:20-40Hz, Impulse ultra-sonic wave: net weight of 2kg,Ultra-sonic energy range: 1-80M circle

 Advantages

  1. Improve water quality in short time 2. No pollution 3. Low cost 4. Easy operation

Algae grow fast in Spring and Summer, which caused water to turn into green. After use of Ultra-wave sonic for 7 days, you will see cleaner and improved purity water.

installation

The Algae Fighter can be installed quickly and easily in minutes. Operating length up to 5m, depth at least 50cm. If the depth is less than 50cm, the effect is reduced by 50%. In this case, choose a more powerful machine.

A natural remedy for algae in ponds, beaches, natural pools, bathing areas in lakes, fish ponds, etc. Due to the high frequency of vibrations, algae are literally stressed in a gentle and environmentally friendly way. Therefore, chemicals are not required. Gardeners and pond owners often use chemicals and algaecides to eliminate ugly and annoying growth and eliminate water turbidity. This is done in a much gentler and more environmentally friendly way - with an ultrasonic device. Algae, whether unicellular or multicellular, are very thin-skinned. Their bright hollow bodies begin to vibrate due to the resulting complex tones and are thus vulnerable. Presses of other plants and organisms in the pond are not affected, as are fish with a hearing power of 100 Hz. The first results are available in a few weeks Due to the exposure to ultrasound at a certain frequency, algae experience stress. Therefore, chemicals that affect water quality are not needed. Underwater waves do not affect flora or fauna, as sounds of such frequencies also occur in nature, for example when water hits the surface of a pond.

peide team has years of experience in applying ultrasound to biofilm and algae control applications and the is the latest advancement in the science. It provides more sound energy over a broader range of frequencies for a lower cost not only to purchase but also to operate. A radial sound output is achieved with two piezo sound emitters that can operate in two different bandwidths for better control of green algae and diatoms in the lower bandwidth and blue-green algae in the higher bandwidth, all accomplished with one device. The device works in harmony with aquatic wildlife (fish and animals), aquatic plants, bio-solids and planktonic organisms other than algae. The can control biofilm formation on cleaned surfaces. This is especially beneficial to treatment facilities with algae growth issues, by retarding the growth of the biofilm the algae requires to grow the algae growth is also reduced tremendously. Surfaces influenced by the remain clean for long periods after being initially cleaned and are easier to clean when necessary. This is due to inhibiting or slowing anaerobic bacterial colonization (bio-film). The bacterial organisms sense the ultrasonic signature as water turbulence and do not as readily adhere to turbulent surfaces, preferring a more quiescent location. Fungi (eg. Pythium) and bacteria with gas vesicles will also be controlled by the , the ultrasonic pulses cause them to lose buoyancy and subsequently sink out of range to receive sunlight. The creates ultrasonic frequencies that cover two important bandwidth areas where algae can be controlled via critical structural resonance similar to the way a crystal glass can be broken by the right sound pitch. Ultrasound works as the force to cause these internal vibrations in algae cells or in organelles inside the algae cells that disable them. The system is powered via the power module that is available for use with many types of power input. 1) Power Module: This can be AC or DC electrical input. AC inputs include 24, 100/120 and 240 volt service at 50 or 60 Hz. DC input is 24 volts via solar or AC charged batteries (typically two 12 volt batteries in series.) The power module converts the input power to the 40 volt DC line voltage needed to power the sonic head. 2) Connecting Cable: This connects the power module with the sonic head. This provides power and communications to and from the sonic head. Lengths up to 500 meters (about 1640 feet) are possible. Just let us know the cable length needed and we can provide it, cable pricing is per meter plus the cable end. The has compensating circuitry in the sonic head that boosts the incoming voltage to the 40 volts needed by the system and is a unique and patent pending feature of the device. 3) Sonic Head: This contains the frequency driver and the sonic emitters that produce the ultrasonic output signal. The top and bottom sections house the piezo sonic emitters. They are offset by 90º so that the sound is projected radially away in 4 directions. The two way output and the two piezo mounts are unique in the industry. 4) Float: This provides buoyancy for the sonic head and cable. The placement of the device is normally away from the bank so that there is a line of sight from the device to as much of the shoreline as possible. A flag on the float warns boaters not to anchor there due to the cable below. The user supplies an anchor to which the unit is tethered. The cable runs back to shore to a power supply run on AC or DC power. 5) Attachment Hardware: All stainless steel shackles and hardware are provided to connect the float to the sonic head. All cables are plug and play. AC power inlet plugs can be provided in common configurations by country or can be provided as flying leads for wiring into power supply terminals. You will find all information on installation, layout, assembly and more in the operating instructions.
